To ensure the customer base is updated and aware of all enquiry points, contact names, and methods of operation to meet their requirements.
- To ensure you are familiar with all key contacts working within the client’s business,
- Seek out and maximise the potential for new business, both from existing and new customers
- Makes follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders;
- Promote the company and its range of products in an enthusiastic and positive manner
- Make use of all marketing initiatives available to gain business
- Handles customer complaints in a effective manner.
- Ensure monthly sales reports are completed
- Quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranges for delivery of goods;
- Take feedback from business client and make suggestions for possible improvements to products

**Skills**:

- Excellent Management and People Skills
- Smart personal appearance
- Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Second language is an advantage

**Education**:

- A degree in business or marketing is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 12 + months B2B sales experience is must.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
