This Breakfast Supervisors position is for someone who has a previous customer service background and ideally will have worked breakfast in a restaurant environment however full training will be given.

The position involves:

- Being passionate about customer service and ensuing the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- Shifts start between 5am and 6am depending on the day of the week and are generally finished between 11am and 1pm.
- Being a hotel we are open all year and shifts are 7 days a week, 365 days a year including weekends and public holidays which are often our busiest periods.
- Uniform and appearance standards must be maintained at all times.
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks to a brand standard ensuring impeccable service is delivered at all times.
- Being knowledgeable about the menu.
- Ensuring clear, concise communication between the front and back of house teams.
- Taking payments for guests and ensuring the correct billing procedures are adopted.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures as explained during your training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-36 per week

**Salary**: £10.65 per hour
