Software Development Engineer in Test - Python, Javascript, React, Vue, Testing Functions, SDET, Software Testing - HYBRID WORKING
Piper Maddox is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test for business in the heart of the renewable energy sector working with battery storage.
The business was set up with in the vision of delivering a low carbon future by investing in grid-scale battery storage. This business is growing with operations all around the world, and has rapidly emerged as a market leader, partnering developers and investorsto support their new-build greenfield projects.
As a software development engineer in test, you will be working with Python and Vue or React while deployment on AWS. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the whole process around the testing of the code.
You will be tasked in setting up the testing function and becoming a pivotal part of the business. The direction of the testing function will focus on your direction along with tools and frameworks.
- You desire to be part of a fast-paced operational team (e.g., high availability)
- You have experience testing APIs (REST / GraphQL) and understanding of security best practices.
- Knowledge of multiple languages:
oPython
oVue Or React
oJavaScript
- Knowledge in AWS & microservice infrastructure (EC2, RBS OR S3)
