Our contact centre is one of the core teams in our business serving as an entry point for our customers to speak to the right person; so if you love speaking to people and problem solving you’ll love working here.

**What you’ll be doing**

**_ Just to let you know, our induction training programme is completed in our Devizes office so if you’re successful, you’ll need to come to the office daily to start with. Once you’ve completed your training and you’re able to work independently, you can take advantage of our flexible approach to work with a mix of office and home working._**

You will support customers to get a first time resolution through problem solving, working collaboratively across the business with colleagues and using your knowledge and common sense to meet customer expectations.

You’ll be working with our internal systems to log calls, schedule appointments and raise jobs so you’ll be great at multi-tasking.

There isn’t much administration involved, but you’ll keep up to date records and accurate notes on all customer contact.

**About you**

You’ll be a good listener, understanding how to use your customer service skills to ensure a great service is given. Multi-tasking will be one of your strengths as you’ll need to be able to chat with our customers whilst adding information to our system.

At times you’ll be working under pressure, and you might be taking a customer complaint so resilience is key, knowing that you’ll find a solution for the customer that’s right for them and us.
