We are actively seeking a Payroll Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis working on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days per week in our Weston, Newbury office (with onsite parking)

Role Purpose

The role of Payroll Advisor is a key role within our Global Payroll Team, assisting in administering and processing data related to salaries and benefits of the employees for 30 payrolls in 22 different countries with a high level of attention to detail.

**Job Description**:

- Helping the Payroll Team with administration and documentation gathering required for the payroll function.
- Ensure all hires, leavers and changes are implemented in payroll and documented as per the local legislation and the payroll providers require.
- Providing data to the payroll provider to generate the payrolls.
- Filing payroll data.
- Communication between HR/Payroll and other Teams in the Company.
- Providing the final payroll reports to the Finance Team for each country.
- Searching for International Employment Legislation updates.
- Keeping the employment data base for each country up to date.
- Help to gather data during payroll implementations / Acquisitions.

Skills required
- Previous experience within a payroll advisor position
- Microsoft Excel - Expert level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work individually in a standalone capacity with little supervision but flag up issues promptly.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- A team player that is service orientated towards providing an excellent service and helps to resolve pay issues promptly.
