Graduate PA role supporting the two board Directors in an industry leading property consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair, London. This role is paying £30,000 per annum + bonus and is a rare opportunity to develop into other departments of the business.

This role will be an integral part of the Business Development team and you will be responsible for all pitches and presentations. We are seeking an individual who has a creative flair, Indesign experience and strong attention to detail. You will play afundamental role in producing high quality submission and proposals.

This award-winning company have recognised they need the brightest talent to support the Directors in their business and as such have created a PA role where you will provide first-class support but also specialise within a business function. Areas are dependenton the individual but could include HR, events, legal or consultancy.

Your day to day responsibilities will be;
- Diary management;
- Arranging internal/external meetings and conference calls;
- Preparing letters, agendas and reports;
- Formatting of documents;
- Quarterly invoicing and monthly expenses;
- Ad hoc personal work as and when required;
- Travel arrangements;
- Screening incoming telephone calls; and
- General admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the office including printing, copying, binding, and scanning.
