We're seeking an experienced individual who has the ability to build, develop and lead a team of professionals. The Position Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the completion and submission of quality product in a timely manner, and will be accountable for training new team members. Our company is looking for someone who is a capable and effective manager, as well as a hard-working individual with the skills needed to accomplish daily tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction, feedback, and support to staff members and project teams.
- Motivate, coach, and develop staff.
- Solve staff problems.
- Meet budgets.
- Set goals for staff and evaluate performance.
- Monitor staff attendance, work quality, and job performance.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable law.,.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.60-£10.62 per hour
