We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

**Meet our service user**
Our service user is a vibrant 9-year-old girl with a zest for life who lives in Retford with her loving family. She requires support throughout the night with her complex and clinical care needs on a 1:1 basis.
We are seeking compassionate individuals to assist in providing specialised care, assist with her hobbies, interests, and create a nurturing environment for our young service user to flourish and achieve her potential.
She enjoys exploring a variety of sensory activities, loves listening to music and has a big passion for horses.
Throughout the night you will support with her personal care, observe, monitor, and attend to her clinical care needs when required. You will offer comfort and reassurance when needed, provide a safe and peaceful environment to promote a good night’s sleep.
**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:
- Seizure Management
- Oral Suctioning
**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**
**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Nights available
- 2 Shifts Per Week
- 10 Hour Shifts
**Take a look at our pay rates**
Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£170 approx. per 10-hour shift)
