Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be part of the wider people team, providing best in class employee experiences and a great place to work and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with insurance experience looking to make their first step into an internal talent role. Or an experienced Talent Business Partner looking for a new challenge in an ambitious and high growth company.

**Role Purpose**:
Leveraging relationships and promoting our Employer Brand you will seek to attract top talent to our business via an omni channel approach.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Bringing in great people to join our business
- Driving a direct hire model that attracts top talent in a timely way that will help to drive our growth objectives
- Promoting the recruitment of a Diverse and Inclusive talent pool to enhance the values and culture of the Jensten Group

**Key Competencies**:

- Experienced recruiter either agency or in-house, highly desirable that experience has been gained recruiting in retail insurance broking or regulated financial services
- Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
