**Junior Merchandiser**

**Full time, permanent contract.**
**Hybrid role, two days a week in our Croxley Park office, three days a week working remotely.**

If you are looking to further your career in merchandising we have a wonderful opportunity available to join our world class Merchandising Team as a Junior Merchandiser.

As a Junior Merchandiser you will work with and be guided by an industry expert Merchandiser to plan, control and monitor the purchase, intake and distribution of merchandise to maximise sales and gross profit for the H.Samuel Gold & Silver Team.

To succeed in the role, you will be able to
- Identify opportunities to improve sales
- Manage margin rate effectively and make trading decisions to ensure margin rate targets are achieved.
- Liaise with Buying Team colleagues on all aspects of range planning
- Manage the ordering / forecasting for H.Samuel Silver & Gold Team
- Report on weekly sales, stock and intake data
- Manage and developing at least 1 direct report
