**Salary - £22k-24k + £4k-5k bonus (pro rata)**

We are recruiting for **Senior Membership Consultants** to work at our fantastic clubs in South London and North London

There will be a requirement for 4-5 shifts per month on weekends.

Working with the senior club staff you will be assisting our clubs to hit sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

You will be comfortable and confident in delivering on your KPIs.

**Duties include**:

- Generating leads through multiple channels: outreach, inreach, corporate and various guerrilla marketing techniques
- Undertake prospect call drives
- Booking tours and appointments with prospects
- Signing up new members
- Touring and closing prospects
- Effective use of membership management software (ClubWise)
- Dealing with member issues and complaints
- Daily operational and cleaning activities
