**Weekly hours**: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. No weekend or evening shifts. (Regular working hours are 9-5 but we can offer flexibility)
**Dress Code**:No more stuffy office dress code. We run a relaxed but professional office environment and our dress code is casual but office appropriate all week long.
**Office Location**:We are based in Manchester, M7 4PX, 10 mins north on the city centre and close to major tram and bus routes.

**About Us**:
Ardent Support provides end-to-end admin and support services to medical consultants who have private expert witness practices.

We are looking for an enthusiastic service-driven individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our dynamic and growing team.

Your role will be to support our consultant members with managing their private expert-witness practice.

The key quality is having strong attention to detail and a want to achieve the highest standards in your day-to-day work.

**What Will I Be Doing?**
- Ensuring the accurate logging, acknowledgement and allocation of enquiries, cases and records.
- Professionally dealing with your Medical Consultants.
- Making outbound calls and speaking with medical experts and solicitors politely and courteously.
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in terms of record keeping and Management Information (MI).
- Supporting the team with marketing requirements.
- Providing other general administration office support functions.
- Assisting colleagues in other areas to ensure the smooth running of the business

- A HIGH level of attention to detail.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of all main Microsoft Programs
- Ability to multitask in an organised manner
- Good analytical skills, and ability to work methodically and accurately
- Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures
- Self-motivation, discipline and willingness to learn
- Strong and positive work ethic and attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain effective

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
