**Main Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to fee earning teams throughout the legal case journey.
- Offer guidance in utilizing appropriate business systems, including travel booking, expense processing, 3e reporting, and Microsoft Teams.
- Assist in creating and maintaining electronic case files, file closure, and archiving.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
