Graduate Trainee Surveyor

At KFH, we’re looking for a graduate trainee surveyor to join our Property Risk department with a view to achieving their Chartered Surveyor status within 2-3 years. This role, and our Survey department, are based in Wimbledon, with our Chartered Surveyor network spanning across London and the home counties.

Do you have a relevant degree or 2 years relevant experience that is sufficient to commence the MRICS or AssocRICS pathway? Are you ready to learn quickly, anticipate what is needed, and pay attention to detail but not lose sight of the objective? You will report to our Risk Manager.

**Responsibilities of a Graduate Trainee Surveyor include**:

- Review and analyse documents including leases, structural reports, and Fire Risk Assessments to inform clients' lending decisions and property purchases
- Facilitate effective communication between surveyors and clients and give clear guidance
- Assist in the development and refinement of ICT systems
- Collaborate with the Risk Manager in devising strategies to manage risk effectively and meet client needs
- Contribute to the preparation of various types of reports under the guidance of experienced team members
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of property workings and risk management principles
- Actively participate in the learning process aimed at achieving Chartered Surveyor status within two to three years
