Marketing Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the Marketing Director to assist in the planning and execution of marketing programs to drive customer acquisition & satisfaction, brand awareness and reputation through both on / offline communication channels.
- Own, manage and maintain all social media channels, including scheduling posts, creating innovative and engagement content plans (working with content creators) to amplify key marketing messages and increase brand awareness to build a sense of community.
- Work closely with marketing agencies, suppliers and creative teams to facilitate targeted advertising on social media and develop fresh content ideas that align with business goals and create a consistent and strategic online presence.
- Use a knowledge management platform to manage business listings on Google Business Profile and other search engines, maps, directories and voice / chat interfaces. This includes regular audits of listings to ensure best practices are followed.
- Responding to online customer reviews and direct messages on social media platforms.
- To support the wider marketing function, other departments (i.e. operations / franchisees) and colleagues at store.
- With the support of the Marketing Director, create a targeted eCRM communication plan to engage and grow customer base.
- Support the digital marketing function and website updates with SEO, online advertising, reporting and campaign analysis when required.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends, providing insights to inform future campaigns and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and analyse social media engagement, preparing monthly reports to highlight key performance metrics and inform ongoing strategy.
- Maintain an up-to-date brand resource library, with a clear catalogue of items such that any collateral can be easily located and leveraged when required.
- Assist in updating marketing calendars and preparing marketing presentations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
