**Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (hybrid working)**

**Role Overview**:
Do you have a passion for delivering change? This role is to support the delivery of projects from inception through implementation and into business as usual. The role sits in our Manufacturing business, delivering (mainly) software projects to improve ways of working across all departments.

**Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on**
- Support the business in assessing, implementing, and embedding projects.
- Assisting with vendor section process.
- Engaging with external third-party vendors and suppliers to support the delivery of projects.
- Manage changes to project scope and timings (with required governance).
- Managing project costs and identifying cost saving opportunities.
- Coordinating work with central IS function colleagues.

**To be successful in this role you will**
- Enjoy working with people and be able to build strong, effective relationships.
- Have a passion for delivering projects.
- Demonstrate good organisation and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Listen, communicate and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external).
- Adapt your communication style to present complex issues in simple, engaging and easy to understand business terms, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be happy running workshops and demonstrations.
