**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

To demonstrate expert product knowledge and selling ability to provide the best customer shopping experience.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness both on the sales floor and in the stockroom by following housekeeping rota.

Ensuring accuracy in all till procedures and cash handling.

Making sure replenishment is kept on top of daily to avoid missing out on sales. Completing deliveries accurate and in a timely manner.

Signing up our PO.P members to gain a loyal base in Cambridge who we can reach out to on our special events.

You will be working with a small team, being flexible and reliable is key for our store.

You will be expected to work weekdays and weekends.

To assist the Store Manager with the running of the store on days off and Holidays and any busy periods.

To lead and train the team in absence of Store Manager.

Responsibility of H&S needs and any operational issues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £9.38-£9.70 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
