We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly motivated RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant.

**Job Role Summary**

Opportunity to work at a young developing practice, to feel apart of a growing business. You will gain exposure across all RIBA Plan of Work Stages on a variety of residential projects. The chance to be mentored by chartered architect and company directors daily.

**Capabilities**
- Have completed RIBA Part 1 Architecture degree
- Have a comprehensive portfolio that presents your flair for design and creative style
- To be able to visualise between 2D drawings and 3D massing
- To confidently and professionally be able to present your design ideas
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants and the local council effectively both verbally and in writing
- High attention to detail throughout all work
- Able to manage own workload and deliver under pressure
- Willingness to assist all members of the team across an array of tasks project and practice related
- Previous work experience not essential, training provided

**Desired Software Experience**
- AutoCAD
- Adobe design suite: PhotoShop and InDesign
- SketchUp
- Lumion or V-Ray (not essential)
- Microsoft Office
