**A bit about the role**
Customers are required to call our team to organise the cancellation of their plan, here, we gain valued feedback on our customer's requirements which aid in how we grow and develop as a business. There is a range of ways in which we can further support our customers and here is where you will have your chance to shine

Can you think on your feet, are you highly organised and driven by success? Do you have a proven track record of success in retention?
Can you be relied upon to get the job done unsupervised?

**A bit about you**
You should be an excellent communicator with both our customers and internal teams. Communication is key and we are an open and honest department ensuring complete transparency with our customers and colleagues.
You should be competent with numeracy and literacy, clear and concise, ensuring the customer is fully equipped moving forward.
You should be a good problem solver - can you adequately assess a situation as a whole and make an effective decision regarding its swift resolution? Are you thorough in your investigation processes ensuring the most appropriate action is taken?
You should be reliable and honest - trust is of paramount importance and our customers place a great deal of trust in us to look after both them and their pets. As a strong, close-knit team who depend on each other for operational support, this is a must.
You should be target driven and comfortable with KPIs. A proven track record of achieving/exceeding previous targets is a must.
**A bit about what we offer**
Salary **starts at £22,000.00** per year, with an attractive commission structure.
25 days holiday + 8 bank holiday days

42.5 hours per week full time. Permanent position.
45 minutes for lunch.
8.30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
