This is an exceptional opportunity to work as part of a global team on marine site characterisation and engineering projects, performing geophysical data interpretation and reporting.
This job is for you if:

Client interaction is a key part of the role and many projects also offer the opportunity to work with colleagues across the Fugro business.
Here’s what a typical day would be like:
- Using interpretation workstations to interpret and integrate geophysical data (from multiple seabed and sub-seabed geophysical data sets) with geological and geotechnical data to produce geological and geohazard site appraisals;
- Organising and loading geophysical data, geotechnical data and other relevant information to an interpretation workstation;
- Assisting in the production of geophysical, geohazards and site investigation reports;
- Checking geophysical and geological interpretations and conclusions individually or through peer assist sessions.
Who we’re looking for:
Essential
- A degree in Geology, Geophysics or a related discipline;
- A thorough knowledge of marine geophysical survey techniques and some practical experience of acquiring and/or interpreting marine geophysical data;
- Experience of geophysical interpretation workstations such as IHS Kingdom or similar;

What we’ll offer you:
