**Duties will include the following**:

- Research and develop new clients
- Filling current vacancies.
- Develop effective relationships within client organisations and manage client's needs.
- Undertake client visits and conduct regular virtual reviews
- Compile and analyse KPI data and to evaluate account performance
- Option to build, develop and manage a team.
- To achieve and surpass sales targets

**Package**:

- Salary of £28,000 - £35,000 - Dependant on experience
- Work from home opportunities
- Flexible hours
- Up to 28 days annual leave.
- Due to our generous commission scheme our current consultants are earning up to £90,000
- Uncapped Commission - up to 20% of monthly billings
- Additional Bonuses for annual billings = £16,000

- Ability to adapt to changes in processes quickly and efficiently.
- Proven track record of success in either a recruitment or sales-based environment.
