We are on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Solar PV Roofer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on various types of roofing structures. Your expertise will ensure that our solar PV systems are securely and efficiently installed, contributing to the success of our projects and satisfaction of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and secure solar PV panels and mounting systems on residential and commercial roofs.
- Assess and prepare roofs for installation, including necessary modifications and repairs.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure proper alignment and configuration of solar panels.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Address any issues or challenges related to roof installations and work with the team to find solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a roofer, with a focus on solar PV installations preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with solar PV technology and installation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work at heights and handle physical demands of the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various job sites within Manchester and surrounding areas.

**Desirable**:

- Relevant qualifications or certifications related to roofing or solar PV installations.
- Experience with different types of roofing materials and systems.
- Additional training or certifications related to solar PV technology.
