**Senior Digital Content Developer**:
The Senior Digital Content Developer will play a critical role in designing and developing engaging and effective solutions that increases the product knowledge of our capable and committed colleagues.

**Role overview**:

- Design, develop and maintain high quality, interactive digital learning content.
- Create and curate engaging multimedia elements, including interactive simulations, animations, graphics, audio and video to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate closely with the internal category teams to identify learning priorities and create content that meets those goals.
- Collaborate with external suppliers for product learning content.
- Manage third party agencies to create state of the art learning content

Key Skills, & Experience
- Level 5 Digital Learning Design diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Highly collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.
- Proven track record of designing product Learning content that has delivered clear business results.
- Creative and innovative in developing engaging learning experiences.
- Experience with various learning content development tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, management and influence.
- Experience of managing external vendors.
- Competent analytical & numeric capabilities, including budget management.
