**The Role**
- You will be expected to work on a full range of services within investment management including advising asset managers, investment funds and their advisers, financial institutions, and institutional investors across the asset class.
- Your areas of focus will include private funds, hedge funds, registered funds and adviser representation, fund restructurings, secondary transactions, and institutional investor representation.
- You will be working with some of the very best in the business including specialists in tax, financial services, employment, insurance, fund finance, litigation, and risk management.

**You Will**:

- Have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
- Have acquired investment fund experience, at magic/silver circle, whit shoe or equivalent.
- Show excellent technical, communication and commercial skills within your everyday work.
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and flexibility when working with both clients and colleagues.
- Be ambitious and ready to take on early responsibility to build and develop strong client relationships.
