As part of our friendly and motivated Building Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of works, maintaining our high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Reporting into and supporting the Senior Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

- Efficiently scheduling and coordinating maintenance, reactive, planned, and small project works.
- Arranging appointments for customers in a cost-effective and organised manner.
- Handling customer queries and maintaining accurate records of all activities.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual SLAs are exceeded.
- Building and maintaining client relationships as part of the wider team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3+ years' experience.
- Commercial and financial understanding.
- Full IT literacy, including CRM systems.

While experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, or Commercial Property, as well as knowledge of the SimPRO system and a full clean driving license, are advantageous, they're not essential.
