Trainee Recruitment Consultant

**Role**: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales experience urgently needed

**Location**: Manchester

**Package**: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)

Due to the immense success and growth of the business, our client is looking for their next generation of trainees to shape into the top billers within the industry. The trainingis second to none, you will be part of a 4-week intensive training programme designed by specialists.

Due to the growth of the business, our client can offer you unrivalled progression opportunities. They are big on organic growth and only hire from within. You can expect your first promotion within 6 months then another 6 months for your second

**The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market

**The Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or 2 years sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good academics, ideally degree educated
- Financially motivated
- Competitive
- A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
- Work ethic
- Self confidence
