**Is this role right for me?**

The primary purpose to project manage and lead multiple successful projects that deliver change in the organisation recognised by strategy and business objectives. Demonstrating skilful project management leading cross functional teams to hit project metricsand timelines. Managing projects in portfolios with new revenues of approx. £1-5m additional each year.

Lead a number of specific projects with cross functional teams. Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project being worked on, to complete the full set of project deliverables.

Understanding the anticipated changes to ensure a plan is created for the impacts of the change. Working with line manager and the project sponsor to understand and agree all project deliverables.

Understanding any gaps in portfolio that exists and how the proposed new solution will fill that gap and satisfy a customer's latent need.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Project management recognised qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Influencing skills
- Proven leadership of cross functional teams
- Stakeholder management analysis and delivery
- Project tracking, gate and timeline adherence
- Continuous improvement mind-set to project delivery from lessons learnt
