Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Employed or Self-Employed)

**The Role**

This is a great opportunity for a employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established advisor practice in Herefordshire.

We are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor who is looking for a new challenge and looking to expand their experience. The company is a very well-established and respected mortgage brokerage offering excellent payment structures and personal development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify customer’s financial needs.
- Meet and conduct client appointments, face to face, video or phone.
- Complete client data administration, files ensuring they are compliant.
- Continuing present business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- CeMAP qualified preferred.
- High level of customer service and ability to build long term relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise, multi task and manage time efficiently.
- Experience of broader mortgage advice would be desirable.
- Self-motivated.

- Basic Salary dependent on experience and qualifications (for employed role) to include Target Based Bonus & Parking Allowance.

Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
