The business owner will provide you with referrals, existing customers and product switches that have a high conversion rate. From these opportunities, you will be able to seek further referrals.

Alongside the leads provided, you should look to undertake your own self-generation on a regular basis.

You will be joining 3 Mortgage Advisors and be able to share best practice to learn from each other.

You will receive administration support, so that you can focus on advising.

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- You should be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You should have some experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- The business would be happy to consider individuals early in the career as a Mortgage Advisor who need more mentoring
