Our client is looking for an experienced HOST Casework Officer.

The recruitment for a Visiting Officer in our homeless service is essential to strengthen our outreach efforts and enhance support for individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Visiting Officer, the primary responsibility will be to engage directly with individuals in need, conducting visits to various locations to assess their circumstances to establish homelessness. Where appropriate the officer will negotiate with the excluder to allow the applicant stay in the home. Officer will also provide assistance, and ensure access to the appropriate services.

This role plays a crucial part to fulfilling our statutory duties further to the Housing Act.
By recruiting a Visiting Officer, we aim to improve the accessibility and responsiveness of our homeless service, ultimately working towards the goal of preventing or relieving homelessness in our community.
