**Marketing Intern (Molly Olivia)**

**Location**: Battersea, London (Hybrid)

**Start Date**: 14th October.

**Duration**: 6 months (with potential for extension)

**Type**: Internship (£200 per month, potential for commission based on campaign success)

Molly Olivia is a young, vibrant, and growing jewellery brand based in London. We specialise in bold, luxurious designs blending modern fashion with timeless styles. We're a small team with big ambitions, and we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to join us.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute photoshoots for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Analyse industry competitors and their marketing strategies, and find a way help MOL stand out in this saturated industry.
- Create and manage paid social media ads (analyse their effectiveness and optimise them).
- Analyse performance data and offer insights for improvement.
- Use social media scheduling tools (e.g., plannerly) to organise content.
- Take ownership of projects and feel confident in making decisions.
- Must have advanced knowledge of social media platforms, as well as.

Who You Are:

- Confident, proactive, and full of creative ideas.
- Passionate about social media, photography, and marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and how to use them to improve strategies.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus.
- Photography skills are a bonus.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Organisational skills for project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in social media management.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Bridge, Acrobat, Illustrator.
- Copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO.
- Analytical mindset for data analysis.
