Reception Supervisor

Middleton Hall Retirement Village are excited to be recruiting a Reception Supervisor.

We’re a friendly community set within a beautiful 45-acre estate in Middleton St George near

**The Opportunity**:

- Permanent contract
**- **40 hours per week

**The Role**:

- Supervise as well as work as part of the wider Reception team - acting as direct report for 4

team members**:

- **Welcome all visitors to Middleton Hall - ensuring exceptional customer service**:

- **Support all care, non-care and independent services across the whole of MHRV - managing
- all bookings and enquiries

- **Provide on-site tours - showcasing MHRV services and facilities to prospective new residents

- **Responsible for service budget, team rota, annual leave, induction, appraisals and meetings
- ***
- Manage and maintain a variety of databases and systems regarding both resident and

reception team data**:

- **General administration and hands on day-day office based tasks**:

- **Conducts regular audits - ensuring compliance with all policy and procedures

**The Person Required**:

- IT proficient, significant experience of Office365- Excellent communication skills, adapting to suit the audience
- Engaging and positive - able to lead and support a team with confidence
- Thorough and methodical attention to detail
