An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director within our fast-growing Brand and Communications team, to partner with some of the biggest and most dynamic businesses in the world, and to help make a real difference to their brand strategy and planning.
**What will I be doing?**
This will be a varied and interesting role including
- Leading the team in the overall execution and delivery of key brand and comms tracking projects, across a range of clients covering diverse sectors- Helping clients grow their business, via telling stories that provide actionable insights and impact our clients’ business decisions every day.- Enhancing relationships to help existing clients explore new opportunities- Establishing fresh relationships with potential new clients to further expand our influence- Developing & motivating the project teams to ensure efficient and impactful delivery, and on an individual level helping them reach their potential- Strengthening connections across the world, partnering with our colleagues on individual projects and also wider business initiatives- Stretching yourself via getting involved in Thought Leadership and new product development, to help you become the best that you can be
**What do I need to bring with me?**
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in quantitative market research or consumer insights at least at Research Manager level but you may already be Associate Director.- A passion for brand and comms.- Demonstrable ability to meet client’s needs.- Experience of managing, developing and motivating individuals and teams.- Proven ability to manage your time effectively and multi-task.- A positive, can-do attitude and desire to be a collaborative and an excellent team player,- Solid core research skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
