**Full Job Description**
With a turnover of circa £7M and 65 employees, Our client works within the construction industry as a specialist contractor providing three main disciplines. Steeplejack & specialist access, lightning protection & electrical earthing, and concrete repair/structuralmaintenance & waterproofing services, nationwide.
Reporting directly to the company’s department Operations Director you will be responsible for safely putting to work all site operatives under your charge. You will ensure that all employees, plant and/or equipment is maintained and used in a manner inaccordance with the company’s operation procedures to ensure the Health, Safety & Welfare of company employees and others who may be affected by our operations is never compromised.
A disciplined, well organized and ordered work ethic, with excellent IT skills and relevant H&S certification are essential for you to succeed in this role.
Running teams of a directly employed NVQ qualified workforce nationwide your duties would include:
- Labour management and efficient programming
- Stores management of personnel plant and stock
- Management of site plant, material and welfare
- Health and Safety
- Site visits and safety audits
- Site & Technical meetings
