**The Role**: Management Accountant
PIB Group we are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our finance team based in Lincoln.

This role will support the delivery of the management accountant services to the PIB Central division whilst supporting the Senior Management Accountant in providing quality MI, reporting and business development opportunities.

**Responsibilities: **
- To help produce quality monthly management information
- Support ad-hoc the Senior Management Accountant with financial data queries
- Innovate and support the internal processes supporting financial reporting across the UK
- Maintain quality audit trail and records to support the financial accounts of the entities within Central Divisions
- Work with external and internal audit as required around account production and the control environment
- Work collaboratively across the Financial Control management team to deliver the wider business service

**Experience: **
- Ideally you will need to be nearly or newly qualified, or currently pursuing a formal finance certification such as CIMA/ACCA
- Have experience working in a central finance function, delivering monthly financial information
- Team management experience would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge in operating across multiple financial service/group requirements & excel is required for this role.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have influencing skills across stake holders, have a positive can do attitude and a commitment to drive continuous improvement.
