**Project Management Lead**
**Radbroke Hall, Knutsford**

As a Barclays Project Management Lead, you will be part of team delivering and managing Microsoft 365 productivity services, your primary objective will be leading the team delivering M365 (Teams, SharePoint, tenant, etc) product’s releases to our colleagues, working alongside our technical teams to design, build, test, and implement the solutions, and alongside the business teams to ensure the solutions are adopted to realize the expected value.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Taking responsibility for successful delivery in line with the relevant Policies and Standards
- Keeping a focus on value and outcomes defining, monitoring, and regularly reviewing the overall plan
- Providing leadership to project and programme managers to define and deliver releases for M365 Platforms
- Working with architecture, product management and operational team members to agree releases required for Barclays
- Ensuring that the business requirements remain at the heart of the technical solution
- Establishing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with the business and technical teams that benefit all involved
- Working with relevant areas to incorporate additional security, compliance, regulatory and operational requirements in the delivery of solutions
- Proactively identifying and solving problems, making decisions and negotiating the right solutions to ensure outcomes remain on track

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of delivery management on infrastructure and collaboration services, including: M365 Products and Service, Identity Management, etc
- Experience of managing change and release management processes
- Proven project management skills with ability to plan, coordinate and deliver to time and quality objectives

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience of Network platforms and M365 security
- Experience in transitioning solutions to run teams
- ITIL foundation certificate and service related topics
- Experience of working in a global organisation and leading teams across multiple geographies

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
