**Handyperson / Caretaker**

**Location - Kingston Hill/Surbiton - 2 weeks on one location and then 2 weeks on the other**

**Monday to Friday - 40-hour week**

**Shifts - 8am to 4:30pm one week and 10:30am to 19:00pm the other week.**

**Salary up to £12.50ph / £26,000 per annum**

**Temp to perm**

An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Henderson/ Caretaker to work within their locations in Kingston Hill and Surbiton

Main Responsibilities for the role include:

- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Admin duties such as cleaning rotas/holiday organisation/ audits
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Janitorial duties & ensuring cleaning is always to a high standard
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible
- Litter picking
- Fire Alarm Monitoring
- Electrical appliances checks in flats
- Plant room safety checks
- Legionella Flushing
- Emergency Lighting Test
- Stock take and cleaning of Maintenance stores
- Fire extinguishers checks on site
