A fantastic, growing specialist digital agency with a particular focus on membership organisations and large enterprises, is seeking to recruit an experienced Account Director to join their dynamic and successful team in Central Leeds.

Our client is an award winning Digital Agency with 5 offices across 4 countries that use the very best technologies in order to deliver innovations to their enterprise-level clients. You will be joining a team of experts working with world leading brands.

**Responsibilities**:
As Account Director, you’ll create, own and deliver a fresh digital marketing and business plan for both new and existing clients. With a strong background in business development, you will assist on pitches to acquire new clients supported by a small, butperfectly formed senior management and client service team. Once converted, you’ll be the client lead, assuming the role of trusted advisor in understanding their strategy to deliver projects that help them achieve and exceed their objectives. You’ll continueto nurture these key accounts to seek out new opportunities with a proactive, positive growth mind set.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Identifying, nurturing and developing opportunities for new business
- Writing proposals, pitches and tender documents
- Presenting to clients professionally
- Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts by building great relationships and identifying new opportunities within them.
- Consulting on and facilitating marketing strategies and plans that strive to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Understanding, gathering and documenting project requirements
- Creating and managing digital projects from brief to delivery
- Reporting on the performance of websites and digital marketing technologies, using this insight to provide recommendations and improvements.
