**We are looking for a Team Leader** **to join our KFC team at Barracks Mill Retail Park in Macclesfield, Cheshire**
- **Although role is currently paid an hourly rate; average working hours is 40 a week with £11.77ph = annual salary of £24,481.60**_

Our Team Leaders are the ‘right hand wing’ to our Restaurant General Manager, you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips

**What will you do?**
- **The Colonel’s Family **is our ‘other’ secret We like to think of our people as the 12th ingredient of our famous recipe and as a Team Leader you will help your team be their best selves through on the job training every day and you’ll make a difference by coaching and supporting their personal growth.
- **Every Guest Leaves Happy **is about ensuring we treat every guest like a friend in our home. You will care about making sure we serve tasty hot delicious food fast with friendly service. You will also make sure all the team are covering the cleaning schedules for the day to really sell the experience to our customers.
- **Show me the.. Chicken Sales **is help your Restaurant General Manager plan for every opportunity to make is a potential fried chicken occasion. You will also be planning ahead and have your finger on the pulse about local competition and events happening in the community.
- **Mo’Money? No problem **if you have ever wondered how business worse then the experience doesn’t get better than this You’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the daily, weekly and month business reports along side your Restaurant General Manager including ensuring we always have product availability but minimising waste.

**What do you need?**
- Friendly, flexible, and reliable with a drive to want to become a future leader.
- Passion and natural energy to deliver a fabulous customer experience and consistent product every time as well as excellent cleanliness.
- Good oral/written communication skills and strong teamwork skills
- Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis.
