This is an amazing opportunity for an **Indirect Procurement Manager** to come in and hit the ground running and to manage the indirect category portfolio for one of the UKs most prestigious charities within the UK based in an amazing location in the City of London.

This organisation does amazing things for entire UK, receives huge funding and cash injection from the government so is looking for someone with OJEU end-to-end procurement experience. Reporting into the company's new Head of Procurement, you will analysecurrent expenditure, existing contracts and implement strategies where long term company benefits can be achieved. This gives someone a huge challenge and opportunity to really make instant impact into a multi-national, multi-national company.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Manage all indirect spend including IT, HR, well-being, construction, fundraising, print, travel FM & services spend
- Analyse all current spend across the company's services to identify improvement or cost saving opportunities
- End-to-end procurement process, sourcing to on-going supplier relationship management
- Reporting into the Head of Procurement to forward progress the procurement function in the business
- Analyse current spend across designated categories and identify potential cost savings
- Advise internal stakeholders of internal suppliers
- Implement procurement strategies and policies into the company so it can be run on-going

**Experience and requirements**:

- Extensive procurement experience managing indirects, across all sub-categories
- End to end OJEU procurement is a must
- Able to run the entire procurement portfolio autonomously
- Experience in managing the full procurement process
- Confident in influencing and communicating with all levels of stakeholder
- A strong negotiator when working with new or existing suppliers
- CIPS level 4 or above is a must
