Send & Intervention Lead

Emmanuel C of E Middle School is looking for a SEND & Intervention Lead to join our fantastic team to work across both Emmanuel Middle and Verwood First Schools. Could this be you?

Actual Salary £19,638 - £21,627 per annum per annum (Grade 7)

This job is for 32.5 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.

It is offered on a Permanent basis.

Approximate start date 13/01/2025.

We are looking for someone who can complement the professional work of qualified teachers by taking responsibility for sections E and F of EHCPs and liaising with teaching staff and/or the SEND Team. To play a significant role in the planning, delivery, and monitoring of learning activities.

We need to appoint someone who has previous experience of working successfully, with pupils with additional needs and has knowledge and understanding of EHCPs and other specialist advice and guidance.

They must have achieved a qualification in English/literacy and mathematics/numeracy, equivalent to at least Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework.
