As a fabricator at Imperial Engineering Teesside LTD, you will play a vital role in the development of a new sector within the company. Ensuring that Designs and customer needs are met to the highest standard. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- constructing and assembling mechanical structures and components
- assessing jobs on site to best meet customers needs
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies is paramount. You will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with our customers, including engineers, supervisors, and operators, is essential. You will work closely with members of their team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of their operations.

**Requirements**:

- Time served apprenticeship in fabrication/welding
- Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role, preferably in a heavy industry environment.
- Experience with recycling Equipment would be an advantage
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Fabrication skills are essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- proficiency in welding, cutting and fabricating metal parts
- MIG&MMA is essential TIG would be beneficial

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
