Outdoor Pursuits Instructor

**OUTDOOR ACTIVITY & PURSUITS INSTRUCTOR**

We are now looking for an Outdoor Activity and Pursuits Instructor to join our team here at Murrayshall Country Estate. This is a new role in our business and more will be explained at interview stage to explain our expansion plans and how we plan to grow our current offering.

Lovingly restored over the past few years, the former home of Lord Lynedoch dates back over 400 years. We are situated just 3 miles from the cultural city of Perth, offering guests a tranquil haven in which to unwind and relax, with 40 elegant and spacious rooms and suites, 27-holes of stunning parkland golf and delicious local cuisine in our Eolas Restaurant._

As Activity and Pursuits Instructoryou will be guest focused ensuring an exceptional guest experience is delivered at all times.

**Your role will include**:

- Setting up and managing all activities. Our offering will start with Axe Throwing, Archery, Quad Bikes and Mountain Bikes. As business grows we will look to expand this.
- Leading and instructing activities
- Co-ordinating group activities
- Ensuring safe practice and adhering to Health and Safety protocols that have been set out.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience leading different activities such as axe throwing, archery, quad biking
- Preferably First Aid qualified, however if not we can train you
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- Great leadership skills
- Confident communicating with guests and employees

**Experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding guest expectations**
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt according to business needs
- Willingness to go the extra mile for guests
- To be able to problem solve and turn any negatives to positives
- Be able to co-ordinate all guest feedback to senior leadership team
