At Bradford Dementia Hub we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. We offer comprehensive information, advice, support, and signposting services for adults at any age dealing with memory issues or diagnosed with dementia, along with their families and careers. As our Volunteer Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in developing the volunteering component within our service.
**If you have**
- Experience of managing or supervising volunteers
- A creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with people from vulnerable groups.
- The ability to work within a framework of positive therapeutic risk taking
- Good verbal, written and numeracy skills sufficient to be able to make accurate written records.
- The ability to supervise, support and develop volunteer skills
