The Role
**Location: Datchet SL3 9LL**
**Start Date: 17th February 2025**
**Salary: £23,796 (£11.44 PH)**
**Contract: FTC (Fixed Term Contract) for 4 weeks - Potential for Extension**
**Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (40 hours)** with the potential for Saturday shifts or overtime as needed.

Our advisors are known for their hard work, resilience, and excellent communication skills. They maintain outstanding accuracy in their work and handle high volumes of tasks while delivering unrivalled customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written communication tailored to the needs of the customer
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries, maintaining a high standard of written communication
- Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
**What you’ll need**:
- Previous experience in administration, a busy contact centre role or a similar environment is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable telephone manner
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work well under pressure, resilience when needed and an empathetic nature
- A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills
- Attention to detail
**Additional Requirements**:
- Evidence of a repayment plan for an active CCJ or IVA is required.
