Hazlewoods is proud to be one of the largest independent chartered accountants and business advisers in the Southwest, with 600 employees across our Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Cardiff offices.
Our business solutions team provide a range of accounting services from bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns through to year end compliance and tax advice for companies across a broad industry sector. As a key growth area of the business we are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate to join the team.

**Office location: Staverton, Gloucestershire**
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Managing a mixed portfolio of clients, building excellent client relationships and being the first point of contact for any queries
- Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, management accounts and VAT returns.
- Assisting with client assignments such as assistance with remuneration planning, cash flow forecasting and tax advice.
- Mentor and assist with the development of staff, including involvement in training and appraisals.
Person requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with experience of both corporate and non-corporate clients.
- Experience of managing your client portfolio in an accountancy practice.
- Sounds knowledge of Excel, Xero and Sage.
- Able to juggle priorities and assist with mentoring and developing others in the team.
