Welcome to **Blayde Security Limited**

Can you be the main point of call in our control room? This role requires good verbal and written English skills as you will be speaking with ARC's, customers and staff members, handling any queries in a polite, efficient and timely manner. A control room operator is part of the main brain outside of our day time office hours and takes a confident and skilled individual to be able to self manage, manage mobile drivers and know when to escalate to our management team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. For this position you must have a Full UK Drivers licence and a minimum of SIA Security Officer Licence. Control room and/or Security experience is desired, however, full training will be provided.

**Hours**: 42 Per Week (plus opportunities for overtime)
**Times**: 19:00 - 07:00
**Schedule**: 4 on 4 off
**Pay**: £11.00 PH (£24,000 yearly average)
**Uniform**: Provided
**Parking**: Free
**Employment**: Employed PAYE

General duties to expect, include but not limited to:

- Frontline customer service
- Dispatch
- Support staff where necessary
- Report writing
- Time management
- Alarm response
- Dealing with employee out of hours queries
- Reporting directly to Blayde managers

We would be very interested in supporting young and newly qualified entrants to the security industry as well as those with experience.
Full training will be given as well as access to the work place pension scheme and 24/7 support from our control rooms.
