We provide a range of personalised services, including one-to-one support, digital and employability mentoring, and inclusive community-based activities that reduce isolation and promote wellbeing.

**Role Overview**

We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives. No two days are the same, and full training is provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.

This is a community-based role requiring travel across Melton Mowbray & Surrounding Areas. A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support individuals to access and participate in their local community.
- Assist with shopping, attending appointments, and running errands.
- Help with correspondence and basic household tasks, including light cleaning.
- Support with meal planning and preparation as required.
- Encourage and assist individuals in pursuing hobbies, social interests, and community activities.
- Promote independent living skills and confidence.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
- Observe, record, and report any changes in a client’s health or behaviour.
- Collaborate with family members, other support workers, and professionals where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- A caring, empathetic, and person-centred approach to support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evening work.
- Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to pass a background (DBS) check.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.

**Additional Details**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected Hours: 5-15 per week

Shift Pattern: Primarily day shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.

Work Location: In the community (on the road)
