Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to make adjustments as needed
- Assemble components using various techniques including plastics injection molding
- Utilise SolidWorks and CAD software for design modifications

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools, tooling, and operating CNC machinery
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of grinding techniques and plastics injection molding processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and CAD software for design purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: £18.00-£27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
