**The Opportunity**
The Project & Implementation Executive will assist and contribute to the P&I team with cost saving work, various system improvement projects and the implementation of new and existing customers.
The team focusses on generating increased profits and savings as well as supporting the wider business with key tasks that support strategic objectives.
This role is a hybrid working role with a minimum 2 days office attendance per week.
**Key Tasks**
- Work with Operations Performance and Improvement Manager to identify potential rental savings
- Suggesting where data improvements can be made
- Create Excel reports to identify loss making bookings and potential profit improvements.
- Arrange and process vehicle change-overs with more cost effective suppliers
- Negotiate rental rate reductions with suppliers
- Identify and cleanse RFT charges on IRIS when appropriate
- Contribute to new and existing customer implementations
- Process long term and bespoke customer quotation requests as required
- Build effective relations across all departments
- Assist the reservations department in achieving agreed KPI’s
**About You**
- A logical thinker that is able to create realistic project plans and deliver on the them.
- A completer/finisher that takes ownerships and responsibility of tasks on all occasions
- Effective time management and an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport with various colleagues and clients where required
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an ability to create profitable customer pricing
- Ability to create, analyse and produce effective reports
- Innovative and creative skills to support a culture of continual improvement
- Forward planning and project management skills
Essential requirements
- Experience of working to successfully working to targets
- Experience dealing with corporate customers
Desirable
- Previous experience of project participation
- Previous examples of innovations and solution generation
- Experience of the rental sector
- Knowledge of rental vehicle grouping and equipment
